“Humans have an innate drive to connect with nature. The sunlight and sounds of nature have recuperative powers that help us de-stress and calm our busy brains.”

About Me

I’m Roula Omary, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner, and Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist. For more than 11 years, I’ve helped patients better understand their symptoms, improve their digestive health, and develop a personalized path toward feeling their best.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. After experiencing my own challenges with digestive health, hormonal changes, and fatigue, I discovered that nutrition could be much more than simply counting calories or following a generic diet. I learned the importance of looking at the whole person and understanding the factors that may be contributing to symptoms.

Today, I specialize in digestive health and work with people who may be struggling with bloating, constipation, diarrhea, IBS, IBD, SIBO, food sensitivities, reflux, and other ongoing digestive concerns, especially those who have been told that their tests are “normal” but still don’t feel well.

My approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we look at your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, gut health, nutrient status, environmental toxins, and other factors that may be influencing how you feel. When appropriate, I also incorporate advanced functional testing, such as stool, gut microbiome, hormone, micronutrient, and food-sensitivity testing, to provide additional insight and help guide a more targeted nutrition plan.

In addition to digestive disorders, I work with individuals navigating weight concerns, metabolic and cardiometabolic health, chronic fatigue, histamine intolerance, and hormonal changes.

I believe nutrition should be personalized—not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to listen to your story, understand what you’ve been experiencing, and create a practical plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

If you’re tired of feeling like something is wrong but don’t know where to turn, I’m here to help you take the next step toward better health, more
